This complaint is in reference to Conn Appliance , Inc. On XX/XX/XXXX I mailed a certified letter to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TX XXXX which is the address listed on my credit report. This letter was returned to me unopened, as was the previous two that I sent over a year and a half time span. This time I held on to the returned letter. A copy of this letter is attached. I have also uploaded the contents of the letter with the information in which I was requesting from Conn Appliance , Inc. Here 's a little back story. On XX/XX/XXXX I was served by XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. which is a debt collecting company filed with the plaintiff being Conn Appliance , Inc. I retained an attorney for my case number XXXX. Conn Appliance , Inc retained XXXX XXXX. This debt claim was canceled on XX/XX/XXXX. The balance due as of XX/XX/XXXX was {$0.00}. I have been trying to contact Conn Appliance , Inc so that I could get this removed from my credit report with all the credit reporting agencies. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX reported to XXXX that account as on-time ( copies attached ). On XX/XX/XXXX Conn Appliance reported to XXXX that account not paid since XXXX ( copies attached ). I did also noticed that the address listed on my credit report is the exact address that I have attempted to mail three previous letters to, and they all were returned unopened. This matter has caused my credit to plummet tremendously. This matter is now causing me a great deal of stress and uncertainty. I have to move in less than 30 days, because the home owner is moving back into the home due to returning to area on XXXX XXXX. My current credit score will not qualify me for a rental or to purchase a home which is going to leave me and my family homeless. I really need this issue addressed and rectified as soon as possible. Thank you in advance for your help and know that it is greatly appreciated.
