I have been repaying college loans for XXXX daughters since XXXX. Navient has made multiple errors recording payments. There were multiple subaccounts and also XXXX daughter got navient loan for XXXX school which has caused a few errors. I have asked and later demanded that Navient provide information and have their qualified manager verify my actual balance and compare their records with mine to verify all my payments were recorded and correct interest applied. Navient has many times mailed me a packet of information but that does not demonstrate my concerns. I seriously doubt that I still owe more than {$8000.00}. I am highly concerned about the multiple errors navient has made including several in XX/XX/XXXX.
