Consumer Narrative
Firstly, according to court order the actual owed amount was a little over 2 grand and they sent me to collections for XXXX grand. The debt is from 2015, meaning the 7 year line has nearly hit. Since about 3 months ago they have repeatedly removed and re-sent me to collections making my credit score fluctuate. This is only to XXXX, I have disputed on XXXX off the basis it was removed from XXXX which is what I believe started this. They have also called family members not involved with this debt and sent mail to every address I had prior and after the debt.
