XX/XX/2022 someone applied for credit through XXXX XXXX. Under my maiden name. Which obviously I dont use as its no longer my name. I called XXXX XXXX they said they would remove it they also inform me that I need to call XXXX XXXX XXXX and Experian to report the fraud and to also lock my accounts. XXXX was the most difficult they refused to remove it even though I am a victim of identity theft. The all said that I need to have a police report I dont even know how to go about getting a police report for something that wasnt even in my state.
