Belmont Finance LLC Pulled my credit report after I sent them a Right to Rescind Notice, A Cease and Diest Notice, Affidavt of truth Notice. I never request them to pull my credit. This is fraud and Illegal activity, A Company can not rebutt a natural person I have not sign a contract with Belmont Finance LLC, I sign with XXXX XXXX They keep saying that every thing is acurate and they are reporting truth to the CRA, I have not been provided any type of proof that I sign a wet contract, A legal contract with Belmont Finance LLC They have not validated this account. The countinue to report my account late to the CRA. Late payments are illegal 15 US code 1681 A 2 A, Transactions are not included on my credit report so how can there be late payments. I demand that Belmont Finance LLC Leave me alone. They keep harrising me reporting negative false information that I did not Authorize them today.
