NOTICE OF PENDING LITIGATION SEEKING RELIEF AND MONETARY DAMAGES UNDER FCRA SECTION 616 & SECTION 617 XXXX XXXX is violating 15 U.S.C. Sec. 1681i ( a )? I want this accounts deleted since its not being reported correctly. I called and confirmed with XXXX that this account is being reported open and also has been charged off, which is an illegal violation. I saw on a Credit Site and Board where this lawyer said you have 30 days to complete this investigation.
