On XXXX I called my credit company to file a dispute regarding my account they put 3 late payments on my account. I have never used the credit company again after I didnt receive my order. I made an order and I never received it I ordered 2 items they said they canceled both of them. I received a bill so I called and they told me that only one was refunded it was their mistake that they would fix it and remove the late payment. They never removed the late payment remarks now its on my credit report as late payment and its effecting it.when i called on XXXX I spoke with the credit card company and they verified I was never late that it would be fixed snd my dispute came back and nothing was fixed the company is XXXX XXXX
