I've emailed the company numerous times about a glitch in the system that wasn't able to verify my identity. I've had this account for over a year there shouldn't even be anything wrong with this account considering verifying identity, as a result they are intentionally causing a derogatory mark on my credit by not responding to any messages for me to even pay off this account.
