On XX/XX/2022 I pulled my consumer report and noticed that I.C SYSTEM, INC is furnishing negative information to the consumer reporting agencies. I am aware that as a consumer I have the RIGHT for my information to not be displayed. I also did not give permission for I.C SYSTEM INC to furnish any information on my reports. Also the timing of these payments reported are inaccurate and should not be displayed as past due or in collections. This is a direct violation under 15. U. S. Code 1666b. Please be advised that my consumer should be equitable to me at all times. I would like for I. C. SYSTEM, INC to cease all communication regarding this alleged debt. A Cease and desist letter is attached to this report. I also am exercising my rights refusing to pay this alleged debt that was parked on my consumer report.
