I made two one time payments with a company XXXX for {$25.00} each totaling {$50.00} the company XXXX then turned around and charge $ XXXX and $ XXXX a few days later I have gone back and forth with Chime my bank telling them this wasnt authorized and they refuse to give me my money back. They want supporting documents on a charge that I didnt authorize they didnt exactly give me a receipt for the charge since as I said it was not authorized. Ive rebutted the decision of which each time is denied about 5 minutes after submitting the request. So no actual investigation is happening into the matter. I need help and its appalling that I need to reach out to you so that MY bank gives me MY money back.
