I have filed dispute with this company various times and all they have done was move late payment around I had one late payment there was an agreement to push the payment to the back of the loan due a hardship and they reported my account late. The lates are inconsistent on my credit reports. Each time I contacted them they said its nothing they could do. This lender is so bad XXXX XXXX they had a lawsuit against them having predatory lending to people who could barely afford the cars that were financed.
