On XX/XX/2022 I placed an order from XXXX for a wig. The wig was needed for a vacation. Once I received the wig, days before vacation, I realized the wig was false advertised. The wig length was inconsistent, the wig itself was thinning and the lace was not HD as shown in the advertisement. I contacted the seller about this issue and they refused to take the wig back & refused to issue a refund. Therefore I decided to reach out to my bank Wells Fargo to file a claim to dispute this charge. The charge was refunded on XX/XX/2022 & the issue seemed resolved. However, on XX/XX/2022 Wells Fargo reversed this charge due to lack of documentation. I understood so I sent the documentations on XX/XX/XXXX. I called to reassure they had received the documentation & they said no. I resent the exact same documents on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, & XXXX to XXXX. I called back two days after each time I sent the documents & was told we have no documentation under your claim. I decided to give Wells Fargo Branch a visit, so they could fax it. The documentation was successfully faxed by associate XXXX XXXX and I was guaranteed theyd receive it. As of today, XX/XX/2022 Wells Fargo has confirmed the documentation still has not been received. Ive lost hope & I am furious with the lack of knowledge and help Wells Fargo has done. Please help!
