Hi, i tried and did contact recently the finance company ( XXXX XXXXXXXX ) regarding late payments reported over two years ago to my credit report file and XXXX XXXX basically took their payments according to my bank statements and did report late payments for a period of seven months beggining XX/XX/XXXX and ending XX/XX/XXXX even though XXXX XXXX did offer and grant me a payment arrangement in XXXX of XXXX XXXX which i accepted back then. A few months ago i contacted XXXX XXXXXXXX to see why they did report those adverse late payments both on my credit profile and my cosigner credit file and instead of a resolution, they reported to the credit reporting agencies the adverse late payments on my credit profile as new and further damaging both me and my cosigner credit profile. i did notify via email and did refuse to talk on the phone with this creditor ( XXXX XXXXXXXX ) and told them that all communications should be done via email and that when they decided to report erroneous adverse late car payments to all three credit reporting agencies and thats when i told them via email that ill report it to the cfpb.
