On XX/XX/XXXX I called Experian Credit Bureau about the XXXX XXXX account still showing as CHARGED OFF AND close, but the Lenders are able to open the report to see a Charge-off balance of {$16000.00} The original balance was reported as {$17000.00} in XX/XX/XXXX ( date of the original loan ). The payments were {$400.00} per month. Payments were set up at 72 months which is six years. Payments were paid on time from XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX XXXX per month. The total amount out of pocket paid was {$19000.00}. How is the balance still {$16000.00}? I have wrote XXXX XXXX XXXX so many time in XXXX asking for the balance on the Loan. I never received an answer. Finally in XXXX of XXXX I check to see the credit Report at all three Bureaus and the account was Charged off without reporting the balance to a collection Agency. This loan has been taken care of by XXXX. I noticed on the XX/XX/XXXX Credit report I requested from Experian the balance was {$15000.00} the payments continued until XX/XX/XXXX. The balance on the account should be showing {$4600.00} instead of {$16000.00} There was only XXXX ( XXXX ) more years to pay for the vehicle. Experian continue to say the Creditor is reporting {$16000.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX without speaking to anybody.
