Consumer Narrative
On XXXX I received two fraudulent charges of {$100.00} and {$70.00} from a vendor called XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX. I notified Wells fargo and the denied my claim.I had asked them to send me proof on what they used to base their decision. All they sent to me is a copy of the electronic transaction. They did no review any receipts or could even tell me what was purchased since I do not even know what was purchased. They stated since card can not be duplicated then it had to be me or someone with my permission that made the charges. I think it's very unfair for a bank to assumea consumer made charges with out any real proof.
