Individual called stating I was approved for personal loan to consolidate credit cards. They misrepresented/ lied about the company who would make ACH transfers in my banking account totaling {$7000.00}. XXXX days later the transfers were fraudulent after I paid the credit companies. I spoke with bank fraud department who did not help me but wanted repayment. I do not have that kind of money retired on SSI. Since then bank threw me out of service and unable to make any payments or bankrupt me. I can not even afford to file bankruptcy now and had to place my mortgage in forbearance plan. Also take a part time job with bad health to stay alive. That hurt. I did file case with police, XXXX attorney general and consumer complaint with no resolve. This all took place in XX/XX/2022.
