hello i sent a letter to a company called AMERICOLLECT as it shows on XXXX XXXX that they say i owe somekind of debt but never responded to my letter to validate the debt i read on the internet they have 30 days to respond that was 2 months ago i even have proof the letter was recieved and signed for i saw on the internet thats a violation of 15 usc 1692 g ( b ) Collector must cease collection efforts until debt is validated, on top that i wrote a letter to all of the credit bureas they verified it anyways they keep furnishing inaccurate information which is causing my blood pressure to raise the account status is open and its a collection account this is clearly not accurate and the date of last activity is showing 3 different dates the laws says the bureas must report 100 percent accurate also google new laws in california tuens out this company is not registered with the ( DFPI ) PURSUANT ( DCLA ) DEBT COLLECTION LICENSING ACT
