To Whom It May Concern, I am contacting you because I am being harassed by Comenity Bank. I have been getting calls after hours and they have Twice now called my father 's phone to try to talk to me! I have never given my father 's cell phone number or his house phone number to this bank, so how did they get these numbers? And it is ILLEGAL to call My father 's house and cell phone to try to locate me and in doing so it creates a breach of contract with me. I know so because it states this with the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act. I am getting calls before XXXX XXXX in the morning and calls up until XXXX almost XXXX at night from this bank and that is clear harassment. They are not allowed to call me before or after hours. This has been going on for a few months now the harassment.
