Not certain if this is the correct form. It fell between categories. Experion, though their boost program, is supposed to help you raise your credit score by linking to your accounts then reporting your payments. They lied, it's a scam. In my about 20 days as a member, I have had nothing but problems with them staying connected. They haven't reported anything like they're supposed to. They keep 'losing ' or 'disconnecting ' one of my accounts to the point where it locked up my original account with that provider. I have been disconnected at least 10 times, I quit counting after the day it happened four times in as many hours. When I contacted them about that, they sent me some automated response about how they weren't connected to every bank yet and they'd look into it. Which they did not since by the next morning I had to reconnect that same account. They *claimed* it's on the other end, that the bank updated their security or you changed your password the second and third time I tried to contact them about this issue. Neither of which is true. The one time I had to change my password - because logging in to reconnect locked that account - I did finally get it to reconnect for all of XXXX hours. Then it was lost again. They have made no effort to report anything on that account either. They claim they need at least 3 months of payments when I asked customer support about that. I have 8 years of payments on there. Not a single one has shown up as reported. They also say they can link into another credit account of mine and supposedly, somehow, can't connect to it for those same 20 days. They also try to sell you on signing up for various credit cards, which will end up hurting your credit score so you need them even more, and you can not unsubscribe from those emails. I have tried, three times, and it will not take the unsubscribe. I have connected them on both matters. Their customer support is vaguely hostile with the way they do not pay any attention to anything you've written to them. I'm not sure if it's one of the automated responses or not but I get form letters about nothing relevant. In the last day and a half I have exchanged seven emails with them about the connectivity issue. It should be easy to fix on their end. I have gotten what looks like automated responses about everything *but* what I've written to them about. Their phone customer service has nothing to do with boost, they're just there to ask about things in your credit report.
