Vystar has started updating their systems-supposed to take a very short time to complete... however it has now been several days! Starting XX/XX/XXXX. No access to MY money unless I drive to Vystar everyday which I am unable to do at this time unless Vystar wishes to compensate me for gas.I went to Vystar XX/XX/XXXX and was only given a printout through XX/XX/XXXX. My card along with my sons debit card, has been declined when there is supposed to be money in our accounts. I attempted to buy a XXXX at the hospital when my grandchild was sick and my card was declined for $ XXXX-how RIDICULOUS! Luckily I had my wife 's XXXX debit card and was able to buy something.They keep saying on social media that our money is safe and accurate-how do we know if we can't look at it??? Do we just accept their word for it?? When I have been able to use my Vystar debit card, it has been blindly-I have no idea of my balance. I have upcoming bills to pay and I need to be able to 1 ) go back and check to make sure my acct is correct since XX/XX/XXXX 2 ) I need to be able to see my balance, my deposits and deductions. We are no longer in the 70 's or 80 's when our parents used a check book register to keep up with our money-If I had known this would turn out like like this I could have gotten a print out of everything BEFORE they started their updates on XX/XX/XXXX so my life wouldn't be so difficult now. In this time, almost everyone does online banking so what happens when we are basically restricted from our money?? I know Vystar thinks it's no big deal, just drive to your closest branch every day or your closest ATM. But why? Why??? I have been with Vystar for a long time but it looks like I will have to look at other banking options just to pay bills!! And that means, I have to not only change my direct deposits for my wife ; s employment but for income taxes also. Why is it okay for Vystar to be this incompetent but we have all the stress and burden?? Also, Vystar tells everyone to use XXXX XXXX, well guess what? XXXX XXXX doesn't work either. Myself, & children have tried. Check out Vystars posts on XXXX and you will see other people who have the same issues and complaints.Please check out interview with Vystar executive XXXX XXXX who also sits on the board for XXXX who is the company that was hired to do this hot mess of a update for Vystar, Thank you.
