I made a complaint to CFPB in regards to an issue that Im having with LexisNexis they have failed repeatedly to fix this issue of reporting inaccurate information to XXXX, XXXX, XXXX stating that they received this information from a valid source the XXXX XXXX XXXX BANKRUPTCY COURT. I am also providing a statement from the court that they do not provide any information to the credit bureaus, also I will attach the notice that I mailed to LexisNexis in regards to this issue, along with the letter they sent back stating the received this information from the XXXX XXXX XXXX, I have been going back and forth with lexis nexis about this issue and they have failed to get it right. And they are unable to provide me validity from the court that gave them this information so under the FCRA they are to remove this inaccurate information.
