After sending multiple letters to the credit bureaus, I have not received any response from them nor seen any changes from my report. The negative items which I have been disputing still appear on my credit report. This is clearly a violation to the Federal Law. Per FCRA section 605b, the credit bureaus are required to remove/block any account listed on an identity theft report. I have attached some documents to assist in the blocking of the erroneous information which is being posted on my report.
