XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting an account of mine that was opened in XX/XX/XXXX as having late payments, and they're also reporting that this vehicle was included in a bankruptcy. This vehicle was totaled XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX and an insurance claim was paid out to them in full from my insurance company. They continued reporting negative information about this vehicle up until XX/XX/XXXX and then of which they stated that this vehicle was included in bankruptcy which is highly incorrect. This vehicle was paid entirely in full. I have emailed the CEO, XXXX XXXX, and my next step if I don't hear back from him with a resolution is filing a law suit against this company as they are defaming my character.
