All Transactions From the Dates of XXXX XXXX XXXX when I was XXXX were submitted for dispute. The transactions were not authorized and were fraudulent. I reported a claim with my Bank Wells Fargo. I provided them with my hospital admission documents and they closed and denied my claim. My entire purse was stolen. I had to get a new Drivers License, new social security card, all my credit cards and along with my entire purse had to be replaced.
