On XX/XX/2022, I sent all three credit bureaus a letter via US Certified mail mandating that they " investiage every piece of information '' regarding the accounts in the letter sent. In addition, here are the Tracking # 's to the letters sent out : Experian Letter Tracking # XXXX XXXX Letter Tracking # XXXX Transition Letter Tracking # XXXX The FRCA defines " investigative consumer report '' as " a consumer report or portion thereofin which information on a consumer 's character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. '' The credit bureaus stated my account was verified that is false because they did not do a proper investigation according to the law I mentioned above. Lastly, every piece of information on these account in question is not reported 100 % Accurate ; According to the FRCA 15 USC 1681 everything has to be 100 % Accurate.
