My complaint is against Capital One Bank for failing to contact two of the three credit burous as they agreed to do in a prvious CFPB complaint. In this previous CFPB complaint complaint number XXXX Capital One Bank agreed to contact XXXX, XXXX and XXXX to have unauthorized hard credit inquiris removed from my credit reports. As of XX/XX/2022 XXXX and XXXX has not recieved a request from Capital One Bank for the removal of these hard credit inquiries.
