I've disputed a negative item furnished by XXXX XXXX XXXX on all three of my consumer reports multiple times. I requested and received a validation letter of the item from XXXX in XXXX, 2022 where they admit to not being able to confirm or deny the accuracy of the item. Yet all 3 bureau 's keep allowing them to update this item as verified, despite XXXX 's admission in writing that they do not have the capability to verify the infromation. If a proper investigation and reinvestigation was really done by the bureaus I wouldn't have to write this complaint. As stated in 15 USC 1681i 5 ( A ). Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX are all required by law as Consumer Reporting agencies to promptly delete this unverifiable information to keep the accuracy of my reports in tact and protect my rights to fairness in reporting. I am attaching the letter from XXXX to this complaint,
