OnXX/XX/XXXX the Social Security Administration wired a lump sum back payment of over {$12000.00} to my AMEX Serve card. I was told it would take 3-5 business days for the money to appear. Today is Day 6, and I don't have my funds. I've tried multiple times to reach out to AMEX, but their Contact Us numbers are recordings only.
