I want to know why was my account limited. In my last dispute the case was decided in the favor of the customer before I could submit a reply when I still had 2 days left to respond. I did not violate the user agreement in any way and I'd like to see try to prove that I did. Limiting my account was a mistake and I'll gladly dispute you for the money being held in arbitration. I will not be waiting 180 days because I already know I'll get nothing at the end of the 180 day period. You'll make me wait several months but instead of sending any money, exactly a month before the 180th day you'll seize all the money as payment for " damages '' that don't exist. I know your pathetic company 's slimy tactics all too well. This is hardly my first time getting f***ed over by your company. I couldn't care less about the limitation. I'm already processing payments with a better company. You can keep me banned but you're not keeping my money. I will give you one chance to pay me the money I'm owed. Deposit the money once they become available to my bank account or you can tell your lawyers I will see them in arbitration with a dispute but I can promise you won't only be for the seized money since it's hardly everything I'm owed. In addition to all money from my most recent PayPal account XXXX I will be coming for every penny previously and just as unjustly seized from other PayPal accounts that I own and used to process payments on my website as well as thousands of dollars in lost revenue due to inactivity resulting from my inability to process payments which is result of the unjust limiting of my PayPal account.
