Regardless of the previous written request, the unverified account listed below is still reporting on my credit report in violation of federal law. The Equifax Credit Bureau failed to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 605B which states that the credit bureaus are required to remove/block any account which was opened without my knowledge, consent or authority within 4 business days.
