I have contacted XXXX Bank CEO XXXX XXXX several times to save our home. I have asked to work out a deal to purchase the house from the bank because I bought this home from someone and it is a nightmare for my XXXX XXXX XXXX mom and my XXXX grandkids. XXXX is referred back to Wells Fargo and Wells Fargo is saying that XXXX Bank is the owner the loan. All I want to know is what they will take for the house is needs a lot of work and the roof repaired.
