XX/XX/2022, there were 3 unauthorized XXXX transfer transaction. {$500.00}, {$700.00} and {$200.00} dollars were transferred without proper authorization. XXXX transfer under the recipient name XXXX XXXX amounting to {$500.00} and two transfer under the name of XXXX XXXX {$700.00} and {$200.00}. Capital One said they made an investigation and turned out the transaction happened to a registered device. I spoke to the manager handling the case and she rudely replied to me that you have to have some evidence to back up my dispute. There was no notification from the bank alerting us of the transfer.
