I had {$600.00} spent in XXXX {$200.00} transactions on my Debit Card at XXXX XXXX XXXX in the very early morning on XX/XX/XXXX. Wells Fargo nulled the last transaction and notified me. I called them as soon as I awoke to report the fraud, and they opened an investigation but did not manage to refund me the {$400.00} and did not notify me when they were done with my claim, what they found, or why my money was not refunded. I have attached the last communication they had with me on this matter which said they would " let me know what they found out when their research was complete '' but they never did. I received a new debit card.Now It is XX/XX/XXXX and once again I had over {$700.00} of my money spent fraudulently on my new debit card. Wells Fargo has clearly had a security breach or is not doing enough to protect my information even on a card that is barely used. I am worried I will be lost in the same black hole of their claims department with no recourse and be out over {$1000.00} just because of using Wells Fargo.
