The XXXX credit bureaus have continued to allow the reporting of this XXXX XXXX Account to remain even after doing an investigation numerous times. The E-Oscar system is flawed & if this account isnt erased from my credit reports then I will be seeking my financial repair through legal action because an original creditor is not supposed to report a past due balance on a sold account. The bureaus wouldve known that had they done the investigation properly, this account has been reporting on my credit report inaccurate for some years & it needs to be deleted per the FCRA
