I have been attempting to get a collection account removed from my credit report since around XXXX or XX/XX/2022. There were 2 inaccurate accounts and one was removed, but these Credit Bureaus have failed to notify me of why the other one hasn't been deleted. Their investigation has taken more than 30 days, and they are willfully allowing Identity Theft inaccurate information to remain on my reports and damage my credit score. I am legally entitled to have this account listed as XXXX, removed. XXXX XXXX XXXX collection account listed says I owe {$2500.00} yet no one has furnished any proof bearing my signature not any other type of validation or verification. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act XXXX Account # XXXX..., has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. I need this removed immediately. Equifax and XXXX are not complying with the Federal Credit Reporting Laws. I have been trying for months and the laws are being violated that they, credit bureau, should be abiding by. They haven't provided proof or anything in the legal timeframe. It can't be verified because obviously it's not something I did or owe.
