hello i owe debt to a bank which is named pnc bank it was a negative balance in my account that i did not owe they closed my account down with a negative balance in there and said i owed it i owe no balance i only just got pnc in XXXX i feel as if maybe somebody tried to get into my pnc and use money that was not mines or didnt belong to me therefore isnt my debt at all
