I pulled my credit report recently and I noticed that I had several inquires on my credit that were inaccurate or unknown to me then all of my health information was on my report I didnt give authorization to share with anyone about my state of health. I have multiple name spellings and several unknown or inaccurate addresses that I will list in the notes and it will be highlighted to what are error. hospital I did not give permission to share my health information that is illegal by law nationwide recovery ability recovery assetcare llc then I have accounts that are in positive standing reporting negative or closed which is completely inaccurate XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is paid and closed yet reporting negative and one is my current loan that is upto date XXXX XXXX XXXX ( 2 ) which are in good standing multiple hard inquires that are on there I have never done business with nor applied with there service and XXXX wont release my report
