I made other payments via my NFCU checking accountand the final payment of {$1700.00} on XX/XX/2022, via XXXX visa. The account has been paid as agreed. I contacted NFCU several days after my final payment to confirm that their system reflected that I had paid as agreed, but the system had not updated the current payment status. On XX/XX/2022, I disputed the inaccurate info on my credit report. XXXX subsequently notified me on XX/XX/2022, that my dispute was completeyet, No changes had been made to the inaccurate information. To date, NFCU still has me owing them $ XXXX.
