I reached out to EQUIFAX INC. In the form of an affidavit on XX/XX/2022 via Priority Express Mail and it was signed for by a XXXX XXXX I received a postcard in the mail on XX/XX/2022 stating my name was not in there system check with the XXXX EQUIFAX INC. Upon receiving this information I drafted another letter and mailed it out to EQUIFAX INC. as a Notice of Default on XX/XX/2022, and it was signed for by a XXXX I called EQUIFAX on XXXX XXXX to inquire about the notice that was recieved and EQUIFAX INC. stated they did not receive anything from me even though it was signed for by someone in their back office. On XX/XX/2022, EQUIFAX recieved a second Notice of Default which was signed for by the same individual. I called EQUIFAX on XX/XX/2022 upon noticing I have not got a notification of my documents being put on file. EQUIFAX INC. stated to me again that they have not received any documents from. EQUIFAX INC unfair practices and becoming detrimental to my everyday life. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my expressed written consent. I did not authorize EQUIFAX INC. to furnish any inquiry on my Consumer Credit Report. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED WITHOUT PREJUDICE 1-308
