My elderly mother in law was contacted three times by reps from Comenity Bank. One rep by the name of XXXX recently left a voicemail stating what company she was from and revealed my personal financial information to this relative. I recently made a payment towards the debt on XX/XX/XXXX and the phone call to the third party was made this week, after I had made the payment. I know it's against the Fair Debt Reporting Act to reveal information like this to a third party, and this particular relative 's name and phone number is not on any of my records, so I do not know how they found her info or why they are contacting third parties about this. I have also filed numerous complaints against this company in the past and they responded saying they would no longer contact me or my family, so they are once again in violation. I have proof of their statements. Perhaps they are retaliating against me for the complaints, or not giving their customer service reps the message to leave my family alone?
