I paid of my balance in full prior to the close of my billing cycle. Per the terms of the credit card agreement there is no fee for balances paid in full. I was charged 2 finance charges while my balance was a credit of {$260.00}. My balance at the close of my billing cycle was less than XXXX dollars. I was charged two finance charges. One for {$16.00} and one for {$4.00}. When I called to have the mistake corrected they said they didn't have the mechanism for removing the finance charge. I spoke to 3 operators including supervisor XXXX XXXX. I was told that the charges were valid despite the XXXX balance which is clearly illogical and impossible. Even XXXX XXXX interest on XXXX is XXXX.
