On XX/XX/2022 and XX/XX/2022, I sent EQUifax a request to reinvestigate incorrect items which were listed in my credit history report. There was a collection for XXXX no orginal creditor listed just XXXX. I asked for verification and reinvestigation. They updated comments saying that i dispute the account but nothing was corrected. I also reached out to the collection agency and recieved nothing back. I contacted them twice. Please note that i sent mail to XXXX certified becuase i didnt get a response. The traccking number with XXXX is XXXX
