I have asked several times for the fraud alert to be removed from my XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax credit reports. These companies placed fraud alerts and personal statementsnon my credit reports with out my permission. I NEVER ASKED THESE COMPANIES TO PLACE FRAUD ALERTS ON My CREDIT REPORTS. Please remove ALL FRAUD ALERTS from XXXX, EQUIFAX and XXXX. I also need to make sure my address is current. The only address and contact infomration that should be on my credit report are below. I have 2 phone numbers. REMOVE ALL PERSONAL STATEMENTS FROM MY XXXX, EQUIFAX and XXXX reports. THE ONLY ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBERS I HAVE ARE BELOW.
