To whom this may concern. I sent a letter to TransUnion and XXXX regarding my credit report and stated that the late payments were inaccurate and incomplete, and for them to immediately remove all late payments. They did not investigate, neither did they remove the late payments. They updated my profile. The letter is below is what I sent to each credit bureau. To Whom It May Concern : According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C 1681, you are required by federal law to report accurate and complete Information. The highlighted account is not accurate. How can the monthly payment be both {$35.00} a month and {$0.00}? This is inaccurate. You are in direct violation of 15 U.S.C 1681. You are also in direct violation of 15 U.S.C 1681e ( b ) which states whenever a consumer reporting agency that prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates, which was not done. I demanded you to remove the late payments, not update. Please remove all late payments IMMEDIATELY of the accounts listed below.
