Midland Mortgage from Oklahoma XXXX. i send a paymet of {$8200.00} to cover my last 2 months and also pay 3 months in advance due to my health issue i didnt wanted to have to worry about mortgage i send it thru mail certified letter post office advice my midland mortgage should receive letter by monday i called wed to make sure everything is good and payment was applied as i explain 2 past due and 3 months in advance to my surprise XXXX ID XXXX advice me no payment have been posted she said she was going to email cashier and payment shoul be posted by the end of the day i explain to her tracking # is telling me letter was received monday she said no to worry to call tomorrow which i did spoke to XXXX id XXXX i asked her if payment has been posted she stated no payment has been received i explain to het i spoke to XXXX and she was going to email cashier she said no email was sent and she has to put a summit of lost check and is going to take time to track payment... how does a payment gets lost????? I WANT MY MONEY APPLIED TO MY MORTGAGE IMMEDIATELY AND WAIVE FEES THEY HAVE CHARGING ME FOR THIS COMPANY MIDLAND MORTGAGE IS NOT HERE TO HELP OR HELP US SAVE MY HOME I FEEL THEY WANT ME TO LOOSE MY HOUSE, AFTER I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING THAT IM SUPPOSE TO PLEASE HELP ME.
