Filed prior complaint with company and am now being discriminated against and receiving retaliatory treatment when contacting the company including not filing complaints as requested and being hung up on by the executive resolution team. This is a business practice I am quite used to and expect from Wells Fargo, hence the reason I do not want anything to do with this company that is strong arming me in to servicing my loan and discriminating against me for being a good customer they can make money off of.
