I dont have the exact dates but a few weeks ago I called to get HELOC checks sent to me as Im doing home repairs. I never got them in the mail and XX/XX/XXXX I get an overnight fee ex package from XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX VA XXXX. The checks enclosed were for a different customer, which means I have another customer checks, routing and account number in my possession. I called on XX/XX/XXXX to report thisthey said they will log a fraud claim and have someone call Me back. Its now XX/XX/XXXX and I have not gotten a call. I called today XX/XX/XXXX and kept getting transferred and no one seems to know the information I reported. I need my checkswere my checks sent to someone else??? Any information????
