Loan start XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX Another 's hazard insurance was paid from my escrow account. XXXX XXXX my Hazard Ins was denied payment, but did get paid but late XXXX XXXX asked for the {$730.00} paid incorrectly out of my acct to be returned. 1098 tax forms containing incorrect information was sent to me. Loan Depot has refused to send correct balances on new 1098 's. XX/XX/XXXX escrow acct analysis showed deficient, so my monthly payment was adjusted from {$790.00} to {$890.00}. I was told that would be corrected and new payment of {$830.00} would be initiated in their system. It was not and got collection call and late fee attached. Payment was made for XXXX and XXXX drafted the next day. Have spoken with at least 5-6 experts + other Cust Serv . people that say they can fix all problems. Have been told {$730.00} has been returned it just doesn't show in escrow account. Late fee has been reversed but I get monthly collection letters. Payment history on account still shows property taxes paid in XXXX as if paid in XXXX. Never sent correct tax info but told " not to itemize ''. Loan Depot does not recognize that if system info is not corrected this will and is ongoing. Coming up to month 12 of loan and still have escrow acct, payment history, late fee and tax issues that have not been truly fixed since XX/XX/XXXX. I did receive a letter that said my address was incorrect. My favorite correspondence. I speak to several people a month, but no one seems to be capable of a full fix. Even sent a list so all areas could be addressed and resolved. Not a single item has been fully resolved since XXXX XXXX.
