In XX/XX/2022 I sent a letter to the credit bureau regarding XXXX XXXX accounts showing on my credit report. I asked the credit bureau Validate the debt, A Breakdown of fees including any collection costs and medical ALL XXXX charges how they were derived or came about so I know it was billed correctly under the guidelines of the XXXX and XXXX. I also requested to receive the HIPAA authorization signed by myself and to be provided with a copy of my signature with the provider of service to release my medical information to you. I asked for this information because the creditor could not verify or send me any info on the accounts. It is now XX/XX/2022 and i still have not received any correspondence pertaining to this dispute and the unverifiable accounts are still showing on my credit reports.
