I was contacted after my husband died in XX/XX/XXXX about student loan forgiveness for a student loan that I never took out. They said they could get it forgiven for a low charge. I went ahead with it but it never was taken off my report nor was it deleted from XXXX then XXXX XXXX. I later called XXXX XXXX and found out that it was after XXXX {$0.00} payments and I was at the time only two payments in. I was called again yesterday about it again and He claimed he was a XXXX XXXX XXXX named XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX ext XXXX. He told me for XXXX payments of XXXX he would take it off my report. I thought it was a prelude to what I had done after my husband died for the student loan forgiveness. XXXX I woke up and found my account charged for {$190.00}. I was very upset. I called and got put on hold and then hung up. I made several email and not a response back. I got an email back this morning. I responded then nothing back again. I called the number on my card and disputed the charge and canceled my card and asked for a new one. I had sent him the contract from when my husband died. He still didn't respond. This is very frustrating to me. This cause to the stress in our daily life starting in XXXX from our move to XXXX when we were first contacted by mail and then very agressively and viciously attacked and slandered that I had a student loan and I didn't and now my husband is dead and this was a contributing factor. Now I am a mourning spouse and will never be able to replace my husband the father of my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This is pure cruelty. The account is down to {$7100.00} but before XXXX died I received a letter from XXXX that stated that they had wrongfully accused me and that they wanted to give back all the money I had paid them. I told my husband a little to late for all that they had put us through since XXXX with all the name calling and threats. I am very upset. I love my husband alot. Me and My son loved spending time with him and doing things together. Now we will never see him again or be with him. I hate it.
